Cluster B” and the “Stroop effect” attacks
Perhaps nothing causes a substantial amount of damage to the brain structure compared to what the “Stroop Effect “ Does.
What is the Stroop effect?
First, lets watch this short video:
Narcissistic relationships and the Stroop effect by Dr Ramani
The Stroop effect is simply “incongruent information”.
The observer can not make a conclusion about the nature of the information he receivea. The following images are the example of the Stroop effect:
“Passive aggressiveness” is an example of the “Stroop effect”.
“Stroop effect” slows down the brain.
A Merry Go Round starts between hippocampus(Memory) and prefrontal cortex (Executive function)
hippocampus(Memory) can only partially recognize the information, it sends it to the prefrontal cortex (Executive function). .
Prefrontal Cortex tries to use memory to analyze the situation. Memory can only analyze the information partially. It sends it back to prefrontal cortex.
As the result, the receiver starts ruminating.
All this information is left unprocessed and eventually becomes the source of new flashbacks.
Also substantial amounts of damage being inflicted on both hippocampus and prefrontal cortex.
