"How To Break Up Friendships" 

The image above clearly shows the intention of cluster B. It is to isolate the target from the community of support.

 He utilizes a  variety of methods at his disposal. Essentially he pairs the target with shocks through his friends.

One of these methods  is cyber stalking, In particular this essay is about  spear phishing.

"Spear Phising" 

The process above is for hackers 's financial gain .  It is almost the same for "Cluster B". The Cluster B does it for narcissistic supply.

Breaking up friendships is very high on the chain narcissistic supply. 

 My relationships with my friends in the fellowships was the biggest target of narcissistic attacks. Unfortunately,   the technology has been helping the Cluster B   to a great extent. One of the method is called spoofing (Spear Phishing). What Spoofing does is you can falsify  the sender's  number to whatever you want. For example the Web site

One of the damaging effect of this technology is to send inappropriate text message or even unpredictable one between the target and community of friends.

In my case, The friends from Friday night and Tuesday night were the biggest target of  this abuse.  

For Example, he falsify the number of my friend "B." and he sent me jokes as "B.". This was done  right in the middle of the meetings. I responded with laughter to "B" and I praised the joke. But, "B" never sent that jokes.  This resulted in the appearance of the insanity of my mental condition.

This is called Gaslighting, which is covered in next section.

Classical Gaslighting 

I really wanted to call this essay as  "how to breakup friendships". But, i didn't. The reason for it was there is a history behind the word Gaslighting , which means:

manipulate (someone) by psychological means into questioning their own sanity.

The term has a history of roughly about 80 years, Which I will get to it shortly.  My intent for this  essay is to tell my story and show how gaslighting has become so sophisticated using modern technology.

History

 It has been over 75 years since  the production of  extraordinary  movie Gaslight.  It was nominated for 5  Oscars and won 2. One was for great performance by Ingrid Bergman.

The movie had significant impact on awareness about narcissistic abuse. In fact, the term “Gaslighting” has been derived from  the plot of the movie.

It is strongly suggested to see the movie to understand the plot, since it is beyond the scope of this writing to go through the entire movie.

My experience

This part is hard to read , needless to say , i have detailed some of the incidents.

In here I  have listed several incidents from many incidents  that was orchestrated by the Cluster B. It is intended to created chaos and incite conflicts among friends.

Incident 1 

In this incident  there were few  exchanges of messages between a friend and I. It was about arranging  the delivery of a painting to her. This set of texts messages was interjected by the narcissist ‘ s derogatory message disguises as my friend

Here is the sequence

1. Making arrangement to send the painting

2. The narcissist  spoofs a derogatory  coded message pretending to be my friend B. This is also called spear phishing. (The coded messaging will be address in another project)

3. There is a confusion as the result of the narcissist 's spoofing.

3. My friend B. receives the painting . 

Incident 2

In this incident the narcissist  spoofs a sexual harassment  coded message pretending to be my friend B.

Other Incidents 

There were several other messages with other friends Specially BR. L. and A. For the  case of BR.,  The narcissist  spoofs several jokes as   coded message. Sadly . I did not save the messages. 

The sequence was like below and was repeated several times,

1. narcissist   sent a joke pretending to be "BR".

2. I sent a respond being please with the joke.

3. "BR" was surprised from my respond.

This is called Gaslighting. Creating a situation to question and doubt the sanity. It is also called Stroop effect , which I will get to another time.
