A) C-ptsd response: is a neurological disorder and is not a mental illness nor relapse. It shows itself in the forms of involuntary reaction/movement.
B) Somatic Symptoms: C-PTSD shows itself in various somatic experiencing. In our program we call this high rid level
C) Hyper arousal: The above symptom is nothing but , the sympathetic nervous system being in a hyper-arousal state.
I have been in hyper arousal Since may 2019.
D) C-ptsd response: it is either a trauma response to a traumatic situation ( real threat) or Traumatic response to non traumatic situation (Flashback). My interaction with our intergroup, put me in highest level of hyper arousal. As a result, I can not process the information. Here is the image of all category of trauma response.
Below image could possibly shows the permanent alteration in my nervous system. That reflects my interaction with people , place and things from intergroup. It is probably the Hallmark of narcissistic abuse.
E) The passage of time has no effect. During any C-PTSD response, everything is experienced as it is happening at the moment(now) . Even though the actual incidents might be from several years prior to the current episode.
F) Why ?. Why narcissists do all these things?
Perhaps the story of the "emperor has no cloth on" is the story of the narcissists. When narcissists realize the exposure of his identity is imminent , he starts an all out "preemptive attack" to defend his identity.
He does that be setting the narratives ,
The original narratives (actual)
Narcissist is a predator
The Narcissist's narratives ( created by narcissists)
A mentally unstable person (in relapse ) accusing him of being a narcissists.
To understand this we have to understand "gas lighting" and "tribal gas lighting".
F 1 Gaslighting: is the hallmark of narcissistic abuse and major contributor to C-PTSD.
F 2 Gaslighting: dismissing of C-PTSD and re-frame it as relapse can be precived as gaslighting.
F 3 tribal gaslighting: Communal gaslighting is called tribal gaslighting.
In fact everything started with that. It is used to set the narcissistic narrative.
Cluster B uses Tribal Gaslighting as a preemptive strategy, in order to protect his true identity.
What gaslighting IS vs. what it is NOT" on YouTube
G) Relapse vs -PTSD response:
The image below shows some of the characteristics of C-PPSD. It is almost identical to relapse ‘s characteristic. That is why it is so hard to detect a Narcissist's abuse in any 12 step program. It is easily mistaken as relapse. Narcissist exasperate this confusion in the from of tribal gaslight as explained above.
Relapse does not cause c-ptsd response. It is the c-ptsd response that causes relapse ( Induced relapse) , which in turn exacerbates c-ptsd response. recovery is severely impacted.
Relapse is only one form of Traumatic response to non traumatic situations (Flashback). There are many other forms as well. Mistakenly, relapse is seen as the cause of other reactions that happens simultaneously.
H) C-PTSD is caused by a long term continuous traumatic environment, such as assorted forms of stalking.
Triangulation(unconsented threesom)
For starter , triangulation can be considered as an example of stalking. It is done through a third person. In my case, Our community was used as a resource for triangulation. Therefore , I associate my friends with constant triangulation.
Our state considers triangulation as stalking.
“Course of conduct” means repeatedly maintaining a visual or physical proximity to a person; directly, indirectly, or through third parties, by any action, method, device, or means, following, monitoring, observing, surveilling, threatening, or communicating to or about, a person, or interfering with a person's property; repeatedly committing harassment against a person; or repeatedly conveying, or causing to be conveyed, verbal or written threats or threats conveyed by any other means of communication or threats implied by conduct or a combination thereof directed at or toward a person. “Repeatedly” means on two or more occasions. N.J. Stat. § 2C:12-10 (a)(1),(2).
